If you would like to leave your luggage before check-in, please use the luggage space in the corridor in front of the coco's entrance.

Please make a reservation after understand of the following.
- Please note that the property is in a 2-story building WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR.
The entrance and the rooms are located on the 2nd floor.
Guests with large and/or heavy luggage may find it difficult to bring their bags upstairs.
- There is no soundproof function in the rooms.
Please note that noise travels easily to the other rooms and the common area. Thank you for your understanding.

Check in time should be until 22:00.
You cannot check-in after 22:00 because No staff in the reception between 22:00 and 8:00 next morning.
We have no curfew, so you can go out and come in anytime after you check in
Guests must be 15 years or older to stay at the property.
The maximum number of nights that guests can stay consecutively is 7.
Luggage storage
Before Check-in : You can leave your luggage in the luggage space at the 2nd floor of coco.
After Check-out : available until 22:00 of the day you check out
Cancellation policy
Cancellation fee will be charged from 0:00 am (Japan time) two days before the reservation date.
- Two days before: 50% of 1st-day room fee.
- One day before: 80% of 1st-day room fee.
- On the day: 100% of 1st-day room fee.
- No-show: 100% (All the room fee that you have booked)
